As Tails begins to sing, an air bubble rises from a grassy platform reminiscent of Green Hill. Seizing the opportunity, Sonic inhales the bubble, which frustrates Tails, leaving him without air. With a menacing glare directed at Sonic, who remains oblivious, Tails continues to sing. The performance lasts for three and a half minutes before concluding. Fast forward a century, Tails emerges from the water, unchanged in age and appearance. He makes his way to the Green Hills cemetery, where he discovers the graves of his friends, including Sonic, who have succumbed to the passage of time during Tails' long absence. This leaves Tails as the last remaining character in Green Hills, having survived a century without aging, rendering him immortal.
