This is a short video showing a BIOS Update on the Dell Inspiron 2600. The BIOS is updated to a BIOS revision from 3/19/2004. The BIOS was updated and it worked without a battery in the laptop. The last part shows the laptop is in the BIOS setup and the BIOS is working after updating the BIOS without a battery in the laptop. The BIOS Update Utility is a PhoenixPhlash Utility 4.0 Release 1.93.
