This is a video showing the BIOS being updated on the Dell Latitude E5420. This video shows the BIOS being updated on this Dell Latitude E5420 from A02 to A14. The next portion shows the laptop booting up with the new BIOS on the laptop. The reason to update the BIOS is to attempt to fix the CPU issue where it was reporting the CPU as i3 instead of i5 and updating the BIOS did not fix the problem and the problem was still there.
