This video shows the BIOS being updated on the $28 Dell Latitude D630 laptop. The BIOS on the Dell Latitude D630 will be updated from Rev A13 to A19. The BIOS Update Utility is opened up on a clean installation of Windows Vista and the BIOS is flashed outside of Windows (unlike most PC's where the utility is opened in Windows and the BIOS is updated after Windows is shutted down and then the BIOS Upgrade Utility opens up outside of Windows and then writes the new BIOS image) and the last part of the BIOS Upgrade portion of the video shows that the Dell Latitude now has A19 BIOS installed on the computer.
