oh? ok. 1: create level and right click on on 1x to 2x (any of them) and click inspect

2: double click on the speed to select it and add .5 if clicked on 2x as speed
but if 1.9 below,

delete the whole speed except for the X, and add 2.5.
3: press enter and boom you have 2.5x speed
