This is an old Windows 7 Commercial. It has been restored by bringing back life by remastering it to 1080p. Attempted to upscale low resolution video to 1080p using Topaz Video Enhance AI and there are some strange results but it looks better now. This commercial has been restored, bringing it back to life so it means we'll get more life out of the Windows 7 Commercial.
